Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy below explains how we operate in terms of cancellations. We understand that sometimes cancellations have to be made and we try to be fair to our customers and our class tutors.

  • Once booked and paid for, craft classes are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined below.
  • If you cannot attend the class you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. If you let us know at least a week before the class is due to be held, you may change your booking to the same class at a later date at no extra charge providing there is a space available on that date. If a space is not available, a credit for the amount you have paid can be put towards an alternative class. If the class value is higher, the difference will be payable. If the value of the class is less, no difference can be refunded.
  • If you are unable to give a week’s notice of your cancellation, you may offer your place to a friend or a credit may be offered at our discretion. If you do not turn up for the class booked and have not given us notice, no refund can be paid.
  • If the minimum number of participants needed to run a class are not booked, the Class Tutor reserves the right to postpone the class to another date. In this circumstance, as much notice as possible of the postponement will be given to those who have booked. If the new date is not suitable, a credit for a class to the same value will be offered.
  • If we have to cancel a class due to illness or circumstances outside our control, a credit or refund will be offered to those who have already booked
