Christmas Stained Glass is a brand new workshop for 2026. If you love glass, then this workshop is for you!
In this class we will be learning the copper foil method of creating beautiful pieces of stained glass. There will be Christmas-themed templates for you to use, or bring an image of something you would like to try and create. (This is a beginner class, so please don’t be too ambitious!)
You will learn to cut glass, use a grinder to smooth the edges and use copper foil, flux and solder to connect the pieces together.
You will be able to take your stained glass item home with you straight away.
No previous experience is necessary. All tuition, materials and refreshments will be provided.
NB: Please do not wear any open-toed shoes, just in case any glass shards fall from the table. We will be wearing provided protective eye shields and gloves when cutting the glass for safety.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE – THIS CLASS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WHO IS PREGNANT AS WE WILL BE USING LEAD SOLDER.
